If your transaction has received 20 network confirmations after the rate fixation time has expired, as well as if the exchange rate changes up or down, your application will be recalculated based on the actual exchange rate. If you do not agree with actual exchange rate, we will return the coins back to your wallet.

Cash issuance/receipt is carried out at the office or by courier. The operator will provide you with the details.
